1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bet8jj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bet8jj website, mobile interface and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

bet8jj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account.

2 Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Satisfying this age requirement does not automatically imply that gambling is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Identity: You must register using your genuine personal details. Registration on behalf of a third party, or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited.
• Own Funds: You must only wager funds that you personally own and that are not derived from unlawful activity.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires you to submit accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and residential address. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate.

Before processing any withdrawal request — and in circumstances where the platform reasonably requires it for security or compliance purposes — you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the platform

bet8jj aims to complete KYC reviews within a reasonable timeframe following submission of complete documentation. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or illegible documentation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. bet8jj will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Services for any commercial or business purpose
• Any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of software errors
• Accessing the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or similar technology
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the platform's infrastructure
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the platform
• Creating fictitious accounts or providing false identity information
• Any form of money laundering or fraudulent transaction activity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods available in the cashier section at the time of deposit. bet8jj displays Account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may appear in the cashier interface as familiar local payment references; their presence does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or confirmed operational support of bet8jj by any of those payment providers.

bet8jj does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to return deposits that appear to originate from unverified or third-party sources.

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of the platform
• No outstanding unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds
• Compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds published in the cashier
• Verification that the withdrawal destination matches a payment method used to deposit

Processing times vary by payment method. bet8jj targets prompt processing of approved withdrawal requests but does not guarantee specific processing timelines where delays arise from third-party payment processors or KYC review requirements.

Where cryptocurrency payment options are displayed, they are available subject to applicable network confirmation requirements. Cryptocurrency values are subject to market volatility; the PKR equivalent at the time of credit may differ from the value at the time of withdrawal. bet8jj does not make representations regarding the legal status of cryptocurrency in Pakistan.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bet8jj makes promotional offers available to registered users. All offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms where any conflict arises.

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Contributing games and contribution percentages vary by game type and studio.

Each promotional offer carries a validity window within which the Bonus Funds must be used and the wagering requirement met. Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry of this window — along with any associated pending winnings — will be removed from the Account without further notice.

bet8jj reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:

• Exploitation of promotions through coordinated multi-account activity
• Low-risk hedging strategies designed primarily to extract Bonus Funds
• Use of automated wagering systems in conjunction with bonus offers
• Any other activity inconsistent with good-faith participation in the promotion

Employees of bet8jj, their immediate family members, and individuals directly associated with the platform's operation are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the bet8jj platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

bet8jj reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where:

• Odds were published in error due to a technical fault
• The event has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or manipulation
• The wager exceeds applicable stake limits for the market

Bets may be voided where the relevant event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where a material pricing error is identified. Voided bets are settled at the stake amount, with no winnings paid.

In-play odds may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void if they cannot be matched at the pre-suspension odds. Settlement of in-play markets is based on the verified result at the conclusion of the relevant event or period as determined by the official governing body.

All slot titles and casino game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as specified in the individual game paytable. Historical game results have no bearing on future outcomes.

9 Responsible Gambling

bet8jj takes responsible gambling seriously and considers it a core operational commitment, not a regulatory formality. The platform provides the following tools to every registered Account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps
• Wager Limits: Maximum stake restrictions per session or period
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over defined time intervals
• Session Timers: Alerts and automatic disconnects at pre-set session durations
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation for a defined period
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended voluntary exclusion from the platform

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet8jj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software code, data structures and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet8jj or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content
• Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any platform materials
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
• Frame or mirror the platform or any portion thereof on any other website

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet8jj's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet8jj shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated earnings
• Loss or corruption of data
• Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss
• Service interruption arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, regulatory action or force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which limitation of liability is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bet8jj reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page, with the updated review date reflected in the "Last Reviewed" notice above.

Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations or the conditions under which bonuses may be withdrawn — we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and accessible.

Continued use of the Services after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the Services and contact support to arrange Account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction.

bet8jj does not make representations about the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law. Users located in Pakistan access the Services at their own risk and on their own initiative, having independently verified the legal position applicable to them. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.
